Where are you based?
Kathmandu, Nepal. We are Mob Creatives Private Limited, a registered company (PAN/VAT 619770743), working with businesses in Nepal and abroad.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within minutes, day or night. Every message reaches us on our phones the moment it arrives.
Do you only build websites?
No. We also run social media and ads, and build software for restaurants, hotels, spas and gyms.
What does the booking assistant do?
It sits on your site and works two ways. Customers can book: they pick a service and a day and leave their name and number. Or they can ask about your services, hours or area, and it answers from what you've told us.
What if I don't like it?
You see it working on a private link before it goes live, and the second half is only due once you're happy with it live.
How does pricing work?
Every project starts with a clear written quote, agreed before any work begins. You pay half to start and the rest once you're happy with it live.
Do I own the site?
Your domain was always yours. Once the invoice is paid in full, the site and everything we made for it are yours too.
